Before you can book a practical driving test, you must have the certificate to show that you have passed the DVLA’s theory test. We’ll do all we can to help you with this.
The driving theory test is a ‘touch screen’ computer based test. You will be asked 50 multiple-choice questions, with a time limit of 40 minutes in which to answer them. The minimum pass mark is 43. The Hazard perception test consists of a number of video clips. A score of at least 43 out of 75 is required to pass. You can find some sample driving theory tests on our ‘Links’ page.
We’ll make sure that we’ve checked your Highway Code knowledge in advance of your driving theory test and can lend you some useful CD’s for additional help. |
